Employee Free Choice Act Passes!

The proposed legislation, which could lead to the biggest change in labor laws in many decades, would make it possible for work sites to become unionized if a majority of employees sign authorization cards, without requiring an election. Union leaders say the legislation is needed because employers illegally intimidate and fire workers engaged in union organizing, and current penalties are insufficient. It's just establishing fairness in the workplace!

When are we going to fight back?

While CEO's obtain a contract to get $20 million a year and get huge bonuses' with an addendum in that contract for the board of directors to pay the taxes on that bonus, the average worker gets taken!
There's every reason for the average American to feel like the deck is stacked against him.
The truth about the turnaround in the economy is that it is leaving the U.S. worker behind and in the dust!
The top tier gets the money and benefits, mismanages, and lands the company in bankruptcy, and the worker is underpaid, underinsured, loses his job and loses his pension.
